The Company

Eliesha Training Ltd (Eliesha) principally specialises in leadership, diversity and equal opportunities, culture change, personal and management development, project and financial management, customer service, health and safety and generic skills, IT and other related skills training and has a long track record of delivery, design and development in these fields.

Our philosophy is to work in close partnership with the client organisation in order to obtain in-depth understanding of their culture and business aims and objectives.

Eliesha has the ability to assist public sector organisations, such as national government, local government, departmental bodies and agencies to meet their challenges and support their tranformation towards a learning enabled culture, via our Strategic Learning Partnership approach.  

Our aim is to share information on innovative delivery methods and expert knowledge of subject material to fully align this to the business needs. 
 

The major part of our business is the training needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of customised training programmes that meet the specific objectives of the client organisation. Eliesha have designed, developed and implemented a wide range of customised management and staff development programmes for large public and private sector contracts. Many of the customised programmes we have designed, particularly in the large public sector organisations, have incorporated the organisation's changes and reforms together with their policies and/or framework competencies.

Eliesha has a flexible approach to training and development and offers all organisations the opportunity to develop and train staff in many situations and venues. Eliesha utilises an extensive range of delivery methods including multi-media, e-learning, blended learning, learning sets and story telling incorporated into the design and development of learning events to optimise innovation and interest.

Eliesha's consultants are highly motivated individuals who can provide the skills and expertise to design, develop and implement in-house management development and leadership programmes that incorporate cultural and organisational changes to meet business aims. We have a wealth of experience and skills, including occupational psychologists and assessment and development experts to NLP practitioners and qualified coaches, most of whom have between 10 and 30 years experience in the field of learning and development.
